When you submit a quote request we collect your name, phone number, postcode and the message you provide. You may optionally submit a photograph. We collect only what is necessary to respond to your enquiry.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and provide a quote. We will never sell, share or pass your details to third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for up to 30 days after your enquiry is resolved, after which it is deleted. If you become a customer, we retain relevant project information for up to 6 years for legal and warranty purposes.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights email us at info@apexbuildco.co.uk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools. No cookie consent banner is required.
Third-party services
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, which temporarily stores submission data to deliver it to us. Photos you upload may be stored on Cloudflare R2 infrastructure. Both services are used solely to facilitate your enquiry.
